History Trivia Challenge

Care to test your knowledge of historical facts? How about pitting what you know against the populace at large in a battle of wits and useless bits of information?

The Festival of Maidens will be hosting a History Trivia Challenge for all those interested. In fact, we’ll be having two of them: one for Master Historians and one for Novice Historians. We will also be allowing for teams and individuals to compete. (Separately, not against one another.)

The competition will go as such:

• Pick up an answer sheet from the Information Table
• Find list of questions on display at five different areas of the event
  • Armored Combat
  • Rapier Combat
  • Information/Troll
  • A&S Competition
  • Merchants’ Area
• Write answers on sheet and turn in at Information Table
• Winners will be determined and announced at the same time as  other prizes for the day  are announced

There will be 20 questions per quiz, and the two quizzes will be vastly different in difficulty.  Stop by the Information Table for more information.
